Brownie Cakes

Our brownie cakes have a dense, fudgy texture with a rich chocolate flavor. It is made by baking a brownie batter in a larger pan than usual, resulting in a thicker and more cake-like brownie. Our brownie cakes are made with our house Chocolate Brownie enriched with gourmet dark chocolate chips then garnished with chocolate buttercream and chocolate fudge icing.

Brownie cakes can be topped with a variety of delicious ingredients to enhance their flavor and presentation. Some popular toppings for brownie cakes:

1. Chocolate Ganache adds a luscious and decadent touch. We offer dark, milk, or white chocolate ganache options
2. Nuts: Chopped nuts like walnuts, pecans, or almonds can be sprinkled over the top of the brownie cake for added crunch and flavor. 
3. Chocolate Chips: For that extra chocolatey bite. We offer regular, dark, or flavored chocolate chips.
4. Caramel Sauce: Drizzling our house made caramel sauce over the brownie cake adds a delightful sweetness and a touch of gooeyness. 
5. Sprinkles: For a fun and colorful touch, sprinkle some rainbow or chocolate sprinkles on top of the brownie cake. They add a festive look and a bit of crunch.

Our cookie cake is essentially a giant cookie that is baked in the shape of a cake. It has a slightly crispy exterior and a soft, chewy center. The flavor of a cookie cake can vary depending on the type of cookie dough used. They are often decorated with frosting or icing and can be customized with messages or designs for special occasions.

 Our cookie cakes are standardly made in Vanilla Butter flavor Sugar cookie with Vanilla American Buttercream, but can be upgraded to the following flavors:
