Hi, my name is Manjusha. I opened up The B🧁mBaecurry (pronounced Bomb Bakery) because I find a unique peace in makng sweet treats for friends and family to enjoy
I am a self-taught baker who enjoys creating desserts for people to enjoy with all their senses - smell the aroma of the spices, feel the warmth of the ovens through the baked goodies, behold the edible decorations, taste each delectable crumb, and hear the hum of enjoyment as you go in for the next bite! Baking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember.
I do not currently operate a store-front. Each BomBaecurry dessert is hand-crafted from scratch in my Georgia residential kitchen ensuring that what you are eating is chock full of love. The majority of the ingredients in my desserts are locally sourced, quality and organic ingredients which means that the foods not only taste good, but also make you feel good. I started the business with custom cakes, but have expanded into custom cookies, cupcakes, muffins, and many other desserts. I offer egg free, dairy free, and vegan options. I work with each client individually to create a dessert that is just right for your event.
Items are ordered off our menu in advance and freshly made in time for your event. Occasionally, I will have specials that I advertise on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/bombaecurry) so be sure to follow us for updates.
The B🧁mBaecurry wouldn't be reflective of me if I didn't have a special line crafted to Indo-Western fusion. Combining the traditional sweets of India and other South Asian cultures with the more modern looks of American and European desserts has been a fun project of the M🍥🍘h Meetha flavor line. Think Chai muffins, Jalebi and Ras Malai cupcakes, Paan Masala cookies, or a Motichoor cake. These desserts are meant to celebrate life's sweetest moments.
